Consultation
We start with a free consultation to review your request for home
care services and what you expect that to encompass. We
evaluate the elder's physical and mental health, self-care abilities
and nutrition. Also considered are the living environment,
environmental safety, home maintenance, daily and
weekly scheduled events, medical appointments, physical
therapy activities and more, as needed or depending on the
services requested.
Home Health Care Services
We help solve your elder care needs by working together and
identifying the specific elder's needs and then laying out an
individualized service plan that is both flexible and affordable.
Then we carefully select one of our caregiver employees that
is best suited for the tasks outlined in the service plan. All of
our caregivers are dedicated individuals who are guided by our
company's values of care, respect and accountability in all
aspects of their work.
Management and Communication
Our management staff will monitor and ensure that the service
plan continually meets your needs. We provide a clinical social worker who reviews all assessments. We ensure open communication with family members and primary care physicians. Our management team also ensures that if you have concerns about any care tasks, they will be addressed and that services run smoothly.
Federal and State Requirements
We prepare and file quarterly and annual employer payroll tax returns. We pay the cost of the employer's share of Social Security and Medicare taxes. We do it all!
