Our staff of Home Care Aides consists of Companions, Homemakers, Certified Nurse Assistants, Home Health Aides. Our Home Care Aides are wonderful people from all walks of life, who share the common traits of being patient, kind, honest, respectful, resourceful and attentive to change. They understand that there are few roles in life that can be as demanding and yet so rewarding as being a caregiver.
- You can expect our homecare aides to always have a professional appearance; well groomed and identified with a name badge.
- Our home care aides work one on one with a client for the duration of the Shift.
- Participate in ongoing training monthly and quarterly.
- They respect our client's privacy and property and are punctual.
- We have a system in place to facilitate continual service should the home care aide be sick or tardy.
We ensure that any HCUI employee working on your premises is:
- TB Tested / X-Ray Screened
- Stringently screened with Background checks including: Live Scan Finger printing by the Department of Justice, Social Security
- Verification, Nation Wide Criminal Social Security Trace, Sex Offender search, Professional reference checked
- Eligible to work in the United States
- First Aid Certified
- Covered by our Professional Liability and Works Compensation Insurance
- Surety bonded
- Alzheimer's trained.
